This service enables KHAS members to obtain information resources that cannot be met by The Library collections for educational, research, and institutional activities (books, multimedia materials, articles, book chapters, theses, etc.) through partner libraries in Türkiye and abroad.

Interlibrary Loan

This service allows users to borrow printed books that are not available in The Library collections from partner libraries, subject to the rules and lending policies of the supplying library.

  • To submit an interlibrary loan request, log in to your Library account with your username and password and complete the Interlibrary Loan Request Form.
  • You may also send your requests by e-mail to [email protected].
  • Applicants are informed about the status and progress of their interlibrary loan requests via their ……@….khas.edu.tr e-mail addresses.
  • The fulfillment period for a book request submitted to a supplying library generally ranges from 3 to 7 business days.
  • Loan periods for materials obtained through Interlibrary Loan vary according to the policies of the supplying library and generally range between 15 and 45 days.
  • In the event that a borrowed item is damaged or lost, the rules of the supplying institution apply, and all resulting costs are the responsibility of the requesting user.

Article / Document Delivery

This service provides access to articles, theses, book chapters, and similar documents that are not available in The Library collections through partner libraries, in accordance with applicable copyright regulations, in both print and electronic formats.

  • To request an article or document through interlibrary services, log in to your Library account with your username and password and complete the Article / Document Request Form.
  • You may also send your requests by e-mail to [email protected].
  • Users are informed about document requests and the related process through their @khas.edu.tr e-mail addresses.
  • The fulfillment period for document requests generally ranges from 1–5 business days for libraries in Türkiye and 7–21 business days for libraries abroad.
