KHAS graduates can attend the training and orientation sessions arranged for their information needs regarding the services and facilities offered by the Library.
Borrowing
Graduates can use the resources in the Library’s printed and electronic collections on site by coming to campus.
Graduates who are HASMED members can use the borrowing service in the numbers and periods specified below:

HASMED member graduates can carry out their borrowing and return transactions by coming to campus; alternatively, upon request, resources can be sent to their address by cash-on-delivery courier.
A late fee of 2 TL/day is charged for each information resource that is overdue or returned late. New borrowing requests from those with overdue resources on their account are placed on hold.
Resources in the reserve (course) collection cannot be borrowed.
Acquisitions – Purchase
HASMED member graduates may make purchase recommendations for the Library’s collections. Recommendations are evaluated within the scope of the Collection Development Policy, and the requester is informed of the outcome.
Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery
Graduates cannot use the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery service.
Reproduction – Photocopying
A paid reproduction service can be used to the extent permitted by copyright. For details on this matter, you can contact HAS Copy.
Access to Electronic Resources
In accordance with license agreements, our graduates can access the electronic resources and databases the Library subscribes to only from within the campus. This access is provided through a temporary username and password obtained by contacting a librarian.
The academic search engine EBSCO Discovery Service is available to our HASMED member graduates. HASMED member graduates can run their searches here. If they report the resources they need, up to 10 information resources per month are provided, to the extent permitted by license agreements.
