Members of other universities (external users) may benefit from The Library’s services and facilities on-site in accordance with the following guidelines.
Academic staff from other universities may use The Library on-site during working hours by presenting a valid university identification card.
Appointments
Master’s and doctoral students from other universities may use The Library on-site for one day per month during working hours (08:30–17:30), provided that they make an appointment at least two business days in advance.
Applications submitted in person on campus are not accepted. Requests must be sent from the applicant’s university-issued .edu.tr e-mail address to [email protected].
Applications must include a valid student identification card image. The Library reserves the right to reject any application.
The number of external users accepted is limited to 10 people per day.

External users are not admitted to The Library during midterm and final examination periods.
Borrowing and Access
External users are advised to check the availability of materials in The Library collection through the Online Catalog before their appointment.
Members of other universities may borrow printed materials from The Library through their home institution’s Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service (up to 5 books for 30 days) or benefit from copying and reproduction services within the limits permitted by copyright regulations.
